AN INTENTIONAL SPACE

Feeling “whole” really refers to a sense of connection to the mental, physical, as well as emotional and spiritual aspects of who you are.

In a culture where personal transformation and growth is focussed on productivity and physical fitness, there are a plethora of reasons to avoid or postpone, making time for the aspects of “self” that require slowing down, reflecting and listening. Our diaries are full, we over-give to others and making time for your “self” is often the last priority…

In hosting these “circles” it is my intention to create a safe space for connection and exploration of the emotional and spiritual realms of your being.

In all circles, we share a delicious meal… Meditation. Breath-work... Discussion... Self enquiry... Optional sharing... Deep listening... No judgement. Likeminded, supportive others.

The circles are inspired by ancient and indigenous cultures where men would gather at night around campfires, and women of all ages used to come together in sacred circles, moon lodges, and Red Tents. These circles were used to call in the Divine Masculine and Feminine, and were a way of grounding, centering, and receiving higher wisdom. In todays society that is so disconnected by technology, cultivating community is now more important than ever.

WOMENS CIRCLES

Women’s circles focus on connecting to the Moon’s energy, our sacred cycles, and our deepest desires, so we can live a more intentional life, guided by natures rhythms. Honest reflection and sharing creates heartfelt connection to likeminded women and cultivates a sense of community that has been lost today, and that offers support as we move through uniquely feminine stages of life.

On a spiritual level, the moon symbolises the feminine aspect of spirit, motherhood and pure love. The moon averages 13 lunations a year and so do we. She has a 29 day cycle, which mirrors our menstrual cycle. She has four main phases, and so do we…. She has vastly different energetic resonance we can tap into at different times in the cycle, and so do we… As we reconnect with natures rhythms - we sync to a rhythm that affects our productivity, weight, sex drive, energy and our moods! Just by connecting to the ebbs and flows of the moon, we instantly connect to an natural energy source that can help us manifest our dreams and live a more intentional life. You don’t have to have a period, or even a womb to be guided by nature and connect to this sacred energy.

MENS CIRCLES

Men’s circles were designed in response to clients asking me, “Lulu, please host a mens circle…” In todays culture, and especially here in Australia, there is a strong focus on the mental and physical realms of ones identity and I realised there are not many spaces intentionally designed for men to explore the emotional and spiritual aspects of their self. Aspects that are only revealed in a container designed so they can slow down, and open up. The Men’s circles have been created as a safe, non judgemental container for self-reflection, self-connection, and building meaningful connections with others on the same path.

Expect to skip the small talk of the pubs or footy fields and find genuine and meaningful conversations, along with practical tools that aren't too "woo-woo." Whether you are spiritual or not, there are practical ways to work with energy and spirit that can serve as invaluable sources of guidance, be it for life’s purpose, cultivating deeper intimacy and connection in relationships, or old wounds that need addressing.

UNITY CIRCLES

These circles are all about relating to one another as souls, not sexes.

Relational healing happens in “relationship,” and the Unity circles offer a safe, non judgemental container for healing and connection, and learning to holding space for one anothers unique perspective and journey. Being seen and heard in a safe space by the opposite sex can help to dissolve unconscious bias and trauma based boundaries and offers the opportunity for heartfelt connection, compassion, empathy and rebuilding of trust. Beyond those deeper healing paradigms, the integration of ones own masculine and feminine sides, provides a sense of wholeness in an individual.

“This duality within us reflects the duality of all creation. Nothing in creation is static. It is in constant vibration between polar opposites including male and female. As we evolve spiritually, we become less defined by our personality including masculine and feminine characteristics an these qualities eventually come into harmonious balance. The spiritually advanced soul expresses both masculine and feminine at the highest octave. For instance, the masculine quality of reason is purified into wisdom and the feminine quality of feeling is purified into impersonal, all embracing love.” _ ananda.org
